Local businesses, real working floors
Our commercial clients range from auto and marine repair shops to restaurants on the main street, medical and dental offices, gyms, churches, warehouses and retail stores in newer plazas along the highway. Each floor has a different job. A marine shop needs resistance to fuel and solvents. A restaurant needs traction and sanitation. A clinic needs a clean, quiet, easy-to-disinfect surface. We start by understanding how the space is used and then choose the system.
Coating options
Industrial epoxy
Thick epoxy systems for shops, warehouses and storage areas. They resist oil and chemicals and can be striped for walkways and work zones.
Urethane cement
The go-to choice for commercial kitchens, breweries and food production. It tolerates hot water washdowns, grease and temperature swings, and it can be installed with cove bases that run up the wall.
Decorative systems
Flake, quartz and metallic floors suit retail, offices, salons and fitness studios where appearance matters.
Moisture mitigation
Big slabs on grade often emit significant moisture. We test and use vapor-reducing primers so coatings do not blister.
Minimizing downtime
We know every closed day costs money. We phase work so parts of a building stay open, schedule nights and weekends and use fast-curing materials when needed. Before starting, we agree on access, ventilation, dust control and when each area returns to service.
Surface preparation
Commercial slabs often have old coatings, sealers, oil contamination or adhesive. We use grinders and shot blasters to remove them and create a strong profile. Joints, cracks and damaged areas are repaired. Floors are cleaned and inspected before any coating goes down.
Marine and auto shops
With so much boating in the area, marine service shops are common. Their floors see fuel, oil, solvents, sharp hull stands and constant washing. We install high-build epoxy with chemical-resistant topcoats and add texture in wash areas. Auto shops get similar systems with resistance to brake fluid and hot tires.
Safety features
Slip-resistant aggregates, high-visibility striping, safety colors and cove bases all improve safety and cleanliness. We help you plan where they are needed.
Care and recoating
We supply maintenance instructions and recommend cleaning chemicals that will not harm the floor. Recoating a worn area is much cheaper than replacement, and we offer periodic inspections for larger facilities.

Planning around your business hours
Closing a shop, salon or kitchen even for a day costs money, so we build the schedule around your slowest days. Many projects run overnight or over a weekend, with fast-curing primers and topcoats that let staff walk on the floor the next morning. Larger spaces can be split into phases, so one half stays open while the other half cures. Before work starts, we confirm which doors stay open, where deliveries go, and how long each area must stay clear. That plan goes in writing with the estimate, so managers and owners know exactly what to expect each day, and we keep a supervisor on site to answer questions as the work moves along.
